Given the current market climate and the current global issues, it is important to bring more voices to the table because it has been proven to be beneficial downstream. Are the world’s portfolios and the solutions that the capital from those portfolios is driving providing the best opportunities for all? Less than 2% of capital is allocated by women. Solutions are being left unfunded. Almost 80% of venture capital organizations have never invested in women’s health. The product pipeline for women’s health has been largely absent due to lack of resources available. Women investors and the next generation of investors are taking note of how their assets are (or are not) making impact.
