Katie graduated summa cum laude from the University of Alabama with a BS in Human Resource Management and focuses in Management Communication and Computing Technology and Applications. Her human resources and accounting experience ranges over a variety of industries including janitorial and sanitation, healthcare, and non-profit organizations. She recently obtained her Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification and enjoys being able to combine explicit and tacit knowledge in a strategic human resources role.
