Alexis McCarthy is the founder of Springhead Social Impact, a female-owned and operated values-based strategic consulting firm and intermediary that believes everyone deserves to live a life fulfilled in a safe, healthy, and just environment where our differences are elevated and celebrated and we strive to create strong profitable and sustainable communities through creative collaboration for future generations.
Alexis has advised and partnered with numerous foundations, financial institutions, and policy organizations, including The Wallace Foundation, The Educational Foundation of America, Tara Health Foundation, The Grove Foundation, Boston Impact Initiative, Prime Coalition, Equileap, Natural Investments, Baldwin Brothers, Cornerstone Capital Group and Sonen Capital. In addition, Alexis ran the 14 offices in the Americas for Christie’s, the leading global fine art firm. Alexis began her career in finance and most recently worked at Morgan Stanley Investment Management where she was the COO for the Tokyo office. Before that she was a currency and currency options trader at multiple money center banks.
She is a graduate of Brown University having double majored in Economics and International Relations and was a three-sport athlete and captain.
